To the "father of southern rock"....I salute you right back! Without Lacy....Ronnie, Johnny, and the others would have never been....been no Skynyrd. Us fans and the music world owe him all the credit for rasin his boys so well and encouragin 'em to the point that the end result is Lynyrd Skynyrd and hours upon hours of the best Rock N' Roll one's ears could ever listen too. His presence....just like his son Ronnie's......is sorely missed but the legend and their memory lives on in the music and the fans that keep it alive.
